We’ve suspended all routine eye tests for the foreseeable future and focus on essential and urgent services only.
- If you’re a key worker, we can open in the case of emergency or for repairs. Call us and we’ll prioritise help for you.
- If your glasses are broken, we can pick them up and drop them off again once they are repaired. Call to let us know.

Request an appointment
You can request a home visit by calling us on 0208 554 8400, or using our online form. We’ll take your details and check you’re eligible, then arrange a convenient time to visit you.
Enjoy a comprehensive and professional eye test
One of our experienced ophthalmologists will visit you at the arranged time. We’ll call before to make sure it’s still good to come. They’ll ask you about your eye care history before conducting a comprehensive eye test.
Choose a frame that suits you
If our tests show that you need glasses, we’ll help you choose a frame that suits you. If you qualify for NHS support, you may be eligible for a free pair.
Take advantage of our home fitting service
We’ll usually deliver your glasses within 7 days of our visit. As your glasses are individually made, it may take longer if you have a complicated prescription. We’ll visit you personally and fit your new glasses to make sure they’re comfortable.
